Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with liminal resonator chamber. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy below before requesting a resolution — most issues can be resolved quickly when you reach out to us directly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

No Refunds — Exchanges Only

We do not offer monetary refunds on physical products. Instead, we offer exchanges under the conditions below.

Exchange Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve it quickly, at no cost to you
